What Pro unlocks
You can try NEDIO for 30 minutes per day without an account. A free account increases that allowance to 60 minutes per day and keeps your session history, streaks, and weekly focus statistics in sync.
Pro removes the daily listening cap. On Free, audio stops when the day's minutes are gone — so a 90-minute block can lose sound mid-sprint, and a second sprint may have nothing left. Pro keeps audio on for back-to-back blocks across browser and editor.
Pro also unlocks AI Review, in full. Free still records every session and still shows weekly focus statistics — minutes, sprints, streaks, how the week split across work modes. What Pro adds is the review that reads that history back: it compares slices of your own work, and when a difference is large and consistent enough to survive a significance test, it says so with the counters attached. Most weeks it does not, and it tells you that instead of inventing something.
From there Pro can offer one behavioural change with a trigger it can check on its own, and report the verdict when there is enough evidence to have one — including “we tried it, no difference”, which stays in your ledger as a real result.
If 60 minutes a day and weekly focus stats are enough, stay on Free. Your sessions keep accruing either way, so nothing is lost if you upgrade months later.
