What Pro unlocks
You can try NEDIO for 30 minutes per day without an account. A free account increases that allowance to 60 minutes per day and keeps your session history and weekly focus statistics in sync.
Pro removes the daily listening cap. On Free, audio stops when the day's minutes are gone — so a 90-minute block can lose sound mid-sprint, and a second sprint may have nothing left. Pro keeps audio on for back-to-back blocks across browser and editor.
Pro also unlocks AI Review, in full. Free still records every session and still shows weekly focus statistics — minutes, blocks, goal outcomes, how the week split across work modes. What Pro adds is the review that reads that history back: it compares slices of your own work, and when a difference is large and consistent enough to survive a significance test, it says so with the counters attached. Most weeks it does not, and it tells you that instead of inventing something.
From there Pro can offer one behavioural change with a trigger it can check on its own, and report the verdict when there is enough evidence to have one — including “we tried it, no difference”, which stays in your ledger as a real result.
AI Review becomes more useful as your history grows. Findings depend on having enough sessions.
If 60 minutes a day and weekly focus stats are enough, stay on Free. Your sessions keep accruing either way, so nothing is lost if you upgrade months later.
How billing works in practice
NEDIO keeps the pricing model intentionally simple. The free plan is there so you can test the workflow without a paywall blocking the first session. If one daily sprint is enough, you can stay on the free tier.
Pro is for people who use NEDIO throughout a real workday or study day and do not want a daily listening cap between sessions. Billing runs through Stripe, and the same price and trial terms shown here are displayed again before checkout.

What happens when my free minutes run out?
The daily limit counts focus audio, and a sprint starts with audio. When the allowance is used up, the sound and the running sprint stop, and the next block cannot start until the allowance resets or you have Pro. A block already under way may finish, for up to 90 minutes. Goals, close-outs, history, and statistics you have already recorded are not affected. Anonymous listening is 30 minutes a day and free accounts get 60. Pro removes the daily limit entirely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods except as required by law.
What payment methods do you accept?
NEDIO uses Stripe for payments. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Stripe also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
What does Pro cost?

Do I need an account for the free plan?
Not for the browser app. You can start a sprint without one, with a 30-minute daily audio allowance tied to your browser. A free account raises it to 60 minutes and adds session history, weekly focus statistics, and one history across the browser, VS Code, and Cursor. The VS Code and Cursor extensions need a free account.
Is AI Review included in Free?
No. AI Review is Pro in full: the weekly recap, observations, comparisons, one experiment at a time, and the ledger. Free accounts keep their weekly focus statistics. Those are minutes, blocks, goal outcomes, and how your work splits across modes and durations.
Does the free plan still record my sessions?
Yes. Goals, work modes, durations, and outcomes are recorded on every plan. With a free account they appear in your session history and weekly statistics, so they are already there if you upgrade later and the review runs over sessions you have already logged. Without an account, history and weekly statistics are not available.
Will Pro find a pattern in my work every week?
No. A comparative finding has to clear a size threshold and a significance test, and most weeks nothing clears it. Those weeks close with a plain observation about what you did, or with a note that nothing separable turned up. A tool that produced a pattern every week would be inventing them.
