AI reviews your week of sprintsAI

Know what your coding day added up to.

AI makes it easy to keep going: another prompt, another edit, another possible next step. NEDIO records what you intend to finish before you start and what actually happened when you stop.

Developer surrounded by clutter, scattered tabs, and a broken timer

When the day blurs together

  • One more AI suggestion, and the task you meant to finish slips out of view.
  • A day of prompts and edits, with no clear record of what got finished.
  • An interrupted session, then time spent figuring out where to pick up.
  • A week that felt productive, but you cannot say which goals you met.
  • Another change to your routine, with no way to tell whether it helped.

With NEDIO

  • Write your goal before you start. Keep it in view while you work.
  • Record what actually happened at close-out, alongside your original goal.
  • Leave a next step at close-out. It becomes the goal for your next session.
  • See how often you met your goals as counts, alongside focus time with pauses removed.
  • With AI Review on Pro, test one change supported by your log and check the result. It tells you when the evidence is inconclusive.

How it works

Know what you’re working toward. See what you finished.

01 · Set up

Make “done” clear.

Name one thing you want to finish. Set your timer and start with focus audio in one click.

02 · Focus

Keep the original goal in sight.

Another prompt, another tab, another suggested fix. Your task stays visible beside the timer, ready when you come back.

03 · Review your week

Know what got done this week.

See which goals you finished, how your sessions went, and how much time you focused—with pauses taken out. Your week, backed by a record you can check.

AI Review

Pro

Find one change worth trying.

Each week, AI Review checks your sprint history for patterns in the goals you finish. When the evidence is strong enough, it suggests one change to test.

You completed more goals when you defined “done” first.

One change to test

Write what “done” means before your next sprint.

NEDIO checks later whether your goal completion improved.

Some weeks, there’s no clear pattern. You’ll get a factual recap instead.

Frequently asked questions

Is NEDIO free, and where is the limit?

Yes. You get 30 minutes of focus audio per day without an account, or 60 minutes per day when signed in. The timer, work modes, close-out, history and weekly statistics are not limited. When the audio budget runs out, playback pauses until it resets the next day. Pro removes the daily cap, adds timer customization, skip controls, and AI Review for $11.99/month or $119.90/year.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can start a sprint immediately without signing up. An account raises the daily audio budget to 60 minutes, syncs your history across devices, and keeps your sprints when you switch browsers.

Does the timer keep running when I switch tabs?

Yes. The countdown is anchored to the clock rather than counted in ticks, so a background tab — which browsers throttle to roughly one tick a minute — cannot make it drift, and the audio keeps playing. The tab title carries your goal and the time left, so switching back is a re-entry.

What data does NEDIO collect?

Only what you type into it and what it counts: goals, work modes, durations, pauses and outcomes. It does not read your code — not file contents, not file names, not repository names — including from the VS Code and Cursor extension. The Privacy Policy lists every field, and what analytics cookies do if you accept them.

What is NEDIO?

NEDIO is a focus tool built for developers. It combines a sprint pomodoro timer, instrumental coding music, and sprint tracking in a single browser tab — plus AI Review on Pro, which reads your own session history for one pattern worth testing.

How is NEDIO different from Spotify or YouTube playlists?

Playlists are passive. You pick music and hope it works. NEDIO pairs curated instrumental audio with a structured sprint timer, so you start the sprint, hear the audio, and work until the timer ends. No playlist curation. No autoplay rabbit holes.

What kind of music does NEDIO play?

NEDIO plays instrumental focus audio: ambient, electronic, and lo-fi tracks selected for coding. No lyrics. No ads. The goal is audio that supports concentration without competing for your attention.

How does NEDIO track my sessions?

Every sprint logs quality, what landed, and your next step in 30 seconds at the end. Your weekly view shows honest focus time minus pauses and how often you hit the goal you set — always as counts, never as a score.

Can I use NEDIO with Pomodoro?

Yes. The sprint timer supports standard Pomodoro intervals (25/5) as well as custom durations. Pro users can configure work and break intervals to match their preferred sprint rhythm.

Is there a VS Code or Cursor extension?

Yes, and it is free. The extension puts the sprint panel in your activity bar and the countdown in the status bar, so starting a block is not a context switch. Sessions run from the editor share one history with sessions run in the browser.

What is AI Review, and will it find something every week?

AI Review reads your sprint history once a week. A comparative claim has to clear a size threshold and a significance test before it is shown, and every claim carries the counters it was computed from. Most weeks nothing clears the bar; those weeks close with a plain count of what you did, or a note that nothing separable turned up. AI Review is part of Pro.
